Skippy John’s School Workshop Options
Option 1 - Skipping 4 All
Our most popular option. A full day of back to back lessons, appropriate for all children depending on their age and ability, including Basic Techniques, Individual Skills, Partner Skipping, Double Dutch and Long Rope Team Games. Many of the children from across the year groups will then help John host a fantastic end of day "Show" to demonstrate these new found skipping skills to the whole school. Guaranteed to be inspiring, informative and fun.
Fee: Costs vary according to the size of the school but fees start at £2 per child with a maximum charge of £340.00 per day for UK bookings. (typical 1 form entry school)
For larger schools please contact us for special 1½ & 2 day rates.
We also have rates for Republic of Ireland : €2.50 per child, minimum charge €450, maximum charge €500 per day. Skipping 4 All is very exciting and, if it is funded by pupils bringing in a contribution, there is little or no cost to the school
Skipping 4 Small Schools
As above - ideal for 80 children or less on roll. Depending on exact numbers this option could take place in the morning or afternoon

Option 2 - Extra Skills 4 All
Optional after school workshop for children and parents. Ideal for children who want to further improve and add to the skills they learnt during the day and great for parents who would like to get involved with school activities and have fun with the kids.
cost: £3 per child Parents go FREE !
Option 3 - Skipping & Teaching 4 Staff
This course lasts 60 minutes and is ideal for all staff who supervise children at break/lunch time, teachers who help with PE or any staff who just want to learn how to skip correctly.These sessions combine the correct learning & safety procedures in how to instruct children to skip, gaining a sound basis for use in PE lessons. Together with the art of turning ropes ie DoubleDutch, and a range of partner and team games ideal for a safe structured and fun time in the playground. (or come just along for the workout and have some fun!)
Fee: £10.00 per member of staff, or £70.00 for as many as you like.
